Refund & Return Policy

  • Our policy is to strive for the quickest shipment time possible.  Orders are shipped on regular business days. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

  • Unfortunately we don't accept returns of product or do exchanges of product. If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you've received the wrong Brutine order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately by emailing hello@brutine.com.

  • All drinks, snacks, merchandise, and limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • We do not accept returns on purchases made through retail locations. 

  • All discounted, promotional, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
